Arūnas Šidlauskas has more than 28 years of professional experience and 24 of them are in the consulting business.

He started his professional career in 1994 as a lawyer, later on joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ultimately working as a tax and legal consultant in various law firms and companies: Arthur Andersen, FORESTA BLG, Cobalt, LawHouse, Grant Thornton Baltic. In 2021 Arūnas Šidlauskas joined ILAW LEXTAL as a partner.
Arūnas’ key qualifications are related to advisory on tax, tax litigation as well as reorganizations and corporate restructurings. He also led various teams of lawyers in M&A transactions, tax, and legal due diligence.
Arūnas Šidlauskas holds lectures to the professional organizations of Lithuanian auditors and bookkeepers, and publishes articles in professional publications and local newspapers.
Arūnas is fluent in Lithuanian, Russian and English languages.
