Guoda Balsytė has over 5 years of legal experience mainly focused on Real Estate development and construction process.    
In March 2023 Guoda joined the ILAW LEXTAL team as a member of the Real Estate & Construction team. Guoda’s career started as a legal assistant of Dispute Resolution team at SPC legal (currently – Noor). Having worked in litigation processes on construction matters, Guoda decided to gain in-house experience working for one of the major Real Estate developers in Lithuania – CITUS. Before joining ILAW LEXTAL Guoda worked with the law firm WALLESS as an Associate at the Real Estate & Construction team. 
 
Guoda has knowledge and experience in:
 

• managing complex construction processes, including arguments between the construction participants, matters on the warranty and construction defects;  
• advising on development of major Real Estate projects, carrying out legal audits, drafting and coordinating conclusions of various agreements;  
• advising on property management, including lease and maintenance matters; 
• advising on and managing sale and purchase of Real Estate; 
• defending client's' interests in legal disputes relating to the improper performance of contractual obligations, construction defects, debts, etc.  

Throughout the first years of gaining legal experience Guoda has learned to manage complex construction matters and provide a creative approach on an ordinary situations. Ambition and desire to achieve the highest quality result is what makes Guoda an inseparable team player.
