Ingrida Steponavičienė, PhD, corporate and tax law expert, has been practicing law since 2001 and has been a practicing Attorney since 2008. For the last few years Ingrida has been a member to the Tax Committee of the Lithuanian Bar Association.
In 2022 Ingrida Steponavičienė defended her doctoral thesis in tax law on "Anti-avoidance rules for corporate tax groups and their holding companies in Lithuania and the principle of legal certainty: challenges of systemic regulation".
Ingrida Steponavičienė also holds a Master's degree in Commercial Law from Vilnius University, and has held research fellowships at the European Commission and the Council of Europe.
Over 2 decades of legal practice in corporate and tax law fields, and the scientific background gained during the doctoral studies, allows Ingrida not only to solve a specific legal or tax problem, but also to assess and meet the client's business needs in a broader context, to propose alternative means for avoiding or mitigating legal and tax risks, as well as to manage client’s business processes from a legal perspective.
