Senior associate Rūta Globytė has more than 6 years of legal experience, and for the last five years she has been specializing in the Labour Law area of expertise.

Rūta advises clients on all day-to-day issues arising from employment relationship and is involved in complex projects, including relocation or group redundancy issues, due diligences, procedures of termination of employment contracts, consults clients on implementation of internal documents, etc.

Rūta not only advises clients and prepares documents on various issues related to the employment relationship but also participates in labour disputes in both pre-trial institutions and court. Among other things, Rūta actively monitors the most relevant changes in Labour Law, prepares articles on relevant Labour Law topics and lectures in various seminars.
