Attorney-at-Law Lina Darulienė, a competition law expert, has joined the ILAW LEXTAL team as an Associate Partner. Lina Darulienė expands the range of services provided by the firm with a new focus on competition law.

Associate Partner, Attorney-at-Law Lina Darulienė specializes in EU and competition law. Her experience and knowledge in competition law allow Lina to detect potential problems and advise clients accordingly in related areas, such as corporate law and M&A, intellectual property, and commercial law.

Before joining the ILAW LEXTAL team, Lina gained expertise in several law firms and at the Dominant Undertakings and Mergers Supervision Division at the Lithuanian Competition Council.

At the Lithuanian Competition Council Lina has worked on a number of challenging cases: "complex issues of competition law truly inspire me to look deeper, to get to the point of fair competition when helping clients to solve their competition matters efficiently”, shares Lina.
